The six leave our shores this Saturday under the United Nations Mission in South Sudan.

Acting Inspector Aseri Nakibo who will be the sole female officer in the delegation says she is looking forward to representing both her country and organization.

Acknowledging the difficulty of leaving behind her family, Nakibo says having the opportunity to be considered for mission duties ahead of hundreds of others is an honor.

For the youngest member of the delegation Constable Prasant Indra Niel, having knowledge of the current situation in South Sudan has made him even more determined to make a difference there.
