Australia donates printing machine

The assistance from Australia to help lift the benchmark of education in Fiji will build a positive society.

Despite Fiji and Australia’s relations over the years, one thing that has remained consistent is the Aid programme that is designed to support the people of Fiji.

“The individual sized printing presses has been working in Fiji for sometime, infact it’s produced half a million textbooks already and it’ll produce many more into the future. One of the features of Fijians education is free education, free transport, free textbooks. The Fijian Government recognises the importance of getting the Fijian people educated providing them with skills to grow their economy to make their country more,” said Australian Minister for Education, Christopher Pryde.
