Fiji Times Bosses and contributor to take plea next month

arts'The case against The Fiji Times, its Publisher, its Editor-in-Chief, editor of the Nai Lalakai vernacular newspaper and author of the article has been adjourned to September 21st for a plea.
The Fiji Times, Hank Arts, Fred Wesley, Anare Ravula and Josaia Waqabaca have been charged with inciting communal antagonism.

It is alleged the Fiji Times, Arts, Wesley, Ravula and Waqabaca allegedly made, or caused to be published, a statement in the iTaukei language in the Nai Lalakai newspaper that is likely to incite dislike, hatred, or antagonism of the Muslim community.

The State this morning served full disclosures to the accused

The accused are on bail.
