Nasinu Secondary will be out to retain their title at the Suva Zone 1 prior to the Coca Cola Games.
The school’s inter-house was held at the ANZ Stadium in Suva yesterday.
The School’s head of department PEMAC Isikeli Kalouniviti was happy with the performance of the athletes.
“We have been having mini athletics meets in the past few weeks and athletes have been gradually improving in their times.”
“The inter-house was done just to have the finals for selections for the zone meet ahead.”
The athletes competed for their respective houses which included Tovata, Qaraniqio and Tanoa.
The school came second in the girls’ division behind Ballentine Memorial School last year’s competition in the Suva Zone 1 and first in the boys’ division.
