Police report incident free games

Police Spokeswoman–Naina Ragigia said a large number of Personnel patrolled the main venue and also in areas around town over the last 3 days.

“We can confirm that there were no major incidents recorded for the first two days and also when the students had returned from the stadium back to the place there were billeted in,and we are thankful for that.”

Into tonight police will continue operations and also be closely monitoring nightclubs.

She adds “In terms of monitoring the last day of the games which is today and we anticipate they’ll be a heavy movement of people who’ll be moving back and forth in terms of those returning to their schools this afternoon.Not only that we’ve been having regular consultations with nightclubs association and we’ve been having continuous meeting on our stand of minors entering nightclubs.”
