Prime Fiji pleads not guilty

The company has been charged by FICAC with one count of forgery and one count of using a forged document.

Prime Fiji’s National Operations Manager Atunaisa Matavesi appeared on behalf of the company in the Suva Magistrates Court today.

The matter will be called again on the 5th of October.

It is alleged that Prime Fiji Limited submitted Falsified Performance Security Bond from Westpac Bank amounting to 351 thousand 865 dollars to Fiji Roads Authority while negotiating a street light renewal agreement.
