Ra chiefs detained for plans to form separate state

They were arrested in Rakiraki and brought over to Lautoka for questioning.

The Chiefs were arrested on suspicion of holding a meeting and discussing plans to form a separate government or state in Ra.

They are represented by Lautoka lawyer Aman Ravindra Singh.

They will be presented in court soon.
